My dad, Jeff and I met Aiden Pellow when we became interested in a property closer to me as my dad currently lives over an hour away and would like to be in my area. Although that didn’t end up being the right property for my dad we decided to use Aiden to find what we were looking for. Within a short time Aiden found exactly what we needed within our budget and helped us through the entire process and closing. We plan to have Aiden show and sell my dad’s current house in the spring and look forward to working with him again. I have since recommended him to a few friends, one of which will be closing on her new home at the end of the month! I am writing to highly recommend Aiden Pellow, who recently handled the purchase of an investment property on our behalf. Throughout the entire process, Aiden demonstrated exceptional competence, professionalism, and dedication.
The purchase was a bank foreclosure which took a while to work through. Aiden was very attentive throughout the process, checking in with us often and advocating on our behalf with the bank to expedite the sale. Aiden drove out to the house several times, which was quite a distance for him, to allow us opportunities to measure and work on quotes for renovations. Aiden even attended the closing which no other relator had ever done for us before. After the closing Aiden sent us a welcome basket full of all things we had mentioned during our discussions. it was a truly a pleasure to work with this young man who has the maturity of someone much older than his chronological age.
