Jenny is a very knowledgeable realtor. She helped us with the sale of our home as we transitioned into our next phase of retirement. She communicates effectively and is very proactive. She also comes equipped with a full team of contractors that can handle anything from furniture/carpet removal to professional stagers and photographers. Before the home went on the market, she provided us with comps of what homes in our area were being sold for and gave us realistic expectations of what we should price at. Our home was listed and it was sold in approximately one month. We had multiple offers for more than our asking price. Jenny guided us through the various pros and cons of each offer. She also provided us with daily analytical data concerning website foot traffic. With her help, we closed pretty close to our initial target date and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend her as a realtor whether you're looking to sell or purchase a new home.

Jenny came by recommendation to get my rental listed and sold. I myself was a Realtor for 20 years so know the ins and outs but had hung up my license during Covid days. Most amazing about Jenny’s services is how quick she is with everything, there was no waiting or wavering on anything. The property sold quickly and closed without an issue on the agreed upon closing date. Thanks Jenn and “yes” I’ll be calling on you for all my real estate needs!!
