Kurt is a man beyond others. He is your three A realtor; affable, available and able. Moving over 20 times as a child and adolescent, no agent ever approached his knowledge, affability or helpfulness. He is the low key, pleasant alternative to hype and superficial glitz. Kurt wears well over time. You will never feel crowded or pushed. He is a Rochester native and knows the town intimately. He was very helpful in making offers with an escalation clause-a nerve wracking experience for the buyer. Similarly, he was invaluable in preparing our house for sale.
