Athina Howe has been an outstanding real estate agent she really kept me informed on everything involved in the process of buying a new home for the first time. I was equipped with a realtor app that gave me property listings and availability. She has extended knowledge of home remodeling sewer systems and any other questions you might have as I did. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing a new home.

Athina (and Ryan) were INCREDIBLE! They made our house buying experience such an awesome one. During these crazy times, they answered all our questions, were quick with responses, patient with us in viewing home, and most importantly kept us and the sellers safe while viewing homes using the guidelines set by the areas governing bodies. This was our first home buying adventure and I can say without any doubt, it was a perfect one. We found and purchases a dream home for us in the area we wanted. We first met Athina when we wanted to sell our first house. As soon as we met her we fell in love with her. She was so personable, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Right away we knew we wanted to work with her. She sold our house in 3 weeks. The new home we then purchased was "by owner" . They wanted nothing to do with an agent but Athina was there to help us in any way she could through the process. Through the whole process Athina went above and beyond for us.
