I could not ask for a better realtor than Brian. From the very beginning, Brian was 100% honest with each and every house we visited - he emphasized the structure and mechanics of the house, something that many realtors don’t prioritize - and he did not shy away from recommending I don’t get into these large bidding wars over houses that were truly not worth it. My relationship with Brian started 6 yrs ago when he helped me find my first house. My wife and I purchased our 2nd house after working with Brian for 8 months. Dealing with a challenging market, Brian kept showing us house after house. He is very thorough and knowledgeable taking time to look carefully at the utilities, roof, windowns etc. He said be patient and refused to let us buy something that needed work or wasnt right.
