Kelly was amazing from start to finish! We moved from a different state and started out this home buying process looking at houses through FaceTime! Once we were able to relocate here Kelly always made time to show us the new listings we were interested in, even if we wanted to see something last minute she fit it in. She was always so attentive to details when we went to a showing and always so honest. She made this entire process 100% easier for us. We literally couldn’t imagine going through the home buying process with anyone else. If you are starting the process of buying a new home or selling we highly recommend Kelly. Kelly Baccaro is absolutely flawless. My wife and I nominate her to be the patron saint of real estate brokers and agents. Kelly was very accommodating whenever we wanted to view homes. She always supplied some extra information that was not in the listing. Her responses to our many inquiries were always timely and she was great at interceding on our behalf with seller’s agents, lending companies and lawyers. She always acted in our best interest and she is a very pleasant human being as well. We feel so lucky that Kelly responded to our inquiry about a house that got the ball rolling. Where do I begin.... Kelly helped us look at homes for over a year! (until we finally found the PERFECT one). The entire time she made it seem like we were her only clients, always answering texts or calls or emails, setting up viewings as soon as we requested, and always offering her recommendations.

We would recommend Kelly to absolutely anyone - and already have done so. The best quality Kelly has as an agent is really investing herself into the homes you are looking at. She will voice her opinions instead of trying to push you to buy. If she likes something, she'll tell you. If she doesn't, she will let you know. She really takes the time to get to know exactly what you are looking for.. and many times she could tell if we were going to like the home as soon as we stepped in the door.
