As crazy as it sounds she won’t push to get the absolute most money, she works hard to get the best and safest deal so there is little to disrupt the sale. This is of course on your approval. She is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in her professionalism and attention to the little things..those things we don’t think of but she does without thinking.

It is my pleasure to recomment Lisa Matthews as a real estate agent. Upon the untimely death of a loved one, I had the task of handling the executor duties of that loved ones estate. On top of that, we were in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Lisa helped me to identify and get the residence I was selling, in good working order and to optimize selling points of this residence. She was very knowledgable with the many requirements/ improvements I'd need to make throughout the residence I was selling, to get the best offer from perspective buyers. Once I was able to get all of Lisa's recommendations for the property completed, she was able to list the residence and we had several offers by the end of that week. In the end, thanks to Lisa's knowledge and efforts, we were able to sell the residence at a 14% greater price over the original asking offer.
