The process of selling my mother's house could have been difficult, time consuming, and draining but the way Mary Jane Mahon, Michael DiMino, and the rest of the team assisted me showed me that I was in safe, knowledgeable hands. The entire operation could not have gone smoother. I find myself extremely luck and thankful that I had Mary Jane and Michael working for and with me. I know that if I went anywhere else, I wouldn't even be writing a review.

From the initial steps of discussing options, scenarios, and a plan of action, Michael DiMino was not only professional but understanding, caring, and easy to communicate with. If I had a question, a suggestion, or even just to talk about the process of selling a property in general, I knew that I could contact him and get what I needed to hear or information that I needed. Mike provided me with all the tools necessary to never have to worry if I was doing something wrong or if I didn't have something I needed. He owned his accountability and guided me with a helping hand each small step of the way. I will be forever grateful for how he made the process so easy and successful.

The first time I ever sold a house was a breeze because of this team. Their standards are high, their work ethic is something be admired, and they are communicative and helpful. There is no question as to why people choose them, I am so glad I did, I wouldn't want to do business with anyone else.

Mary Jane has been my realtor for both buying and selling my homes since 2000. I have moved five times in 22 years. Every time I called her to help me buy or sell my homes. I also called her when my 90-year-old mother needed to sell her home which wasn’t in the greatest condition. Mary Jane is absolutely fabulous as a realtor! She is a super smart cookie, funny, kind, and knows what she’s doing! I highly recommend Mary Jane! I would be happy to talk to anyone who is considering using her as a realtor.

Mary Jane and her team are PHENOMENAL. They are responsive, diligent, and extremely thorough in their work. MJ hired a wonderful photographer who took beautiful stills and video, plus a drone flyover of the house! We ended up with 70+ showings of our house in 4 days... and turned people away. We received 27 offers, ALL over asking price. We ultimately sold for $75K over! Even though the market is hot enough to have helped sell our house, I can't speak highly enough about the attention to detail Mary Jane provides at every step of the way. I know we captured more potential buyers because of her hard work. I can't recommend this team enough - if you're even considering selling, call The Results Team!!

Mary Jane Mahon was a superior RE/MAX agent. She came in and took over the responsibility of selling my house with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. From that day forward there was a flurry of activity with potential buyers and my house sold rather quickly at a price I thought might have been a bit too high. There were a few quirks with offers and last minute demands from the buyers but Mary Jane sailed through it all. She was consistently focused, answered all calls and texts immediately and had solutions at her fingers tips that worked and all i had to do was go to my job and know everything was being taken care of. I could not imagine a better agent. I highly recommend Mary Jane Mahon to sell your house.

I was very impressed. I me with Mary Jane on 9/14/2019 to inquire about having her put my house on the market. She gave me a list of thing to do before I could sell, I took care of those things. On 10/01/2019 pictures were take of the house, on 10/03 the house was shown, on 10/05/ 2019 there was an open house and by the 06th I had an offer that was acceptable. I could not have been happier with the professionalism and the ease of this transaction. I would recommend Mary Jane and Sandi and Michael to any one who was looking to either buy or sell a home in the Greater Rochester Area.

Mary Jane Mahon did a great job finding me a renter for my condo. Within a couple of days of talking with her she had found several people interested in it.
