Mike was amazing! From beginning to end he was helpful, informative, encouraging, and professional. My situation was a nightmare. I was a recent widow, lost, scared, unsure, and overwhelmed. Mike worked tirelessly, first to find a new home (which we love), and then to clean out and sell the old one. Not once in this whole process did Mike show anything but positive energy and encouragement, even when I'm sure that was difficult ?? I would recommend Mike without hesitation. I know I could not have done this without him!

Being an out of state investor is not easy specially if you don’t have a trusted agent. It started with Mike and the persistency that he has that made my deal possible and very easy. His knowledge with inspections, past and present, made it easy for me to trust him and find a great deal for me.
His guidance about the Rochester market is very important. There were a couple other deals we went into but ended up not purchasing and it probably saved us a lot of headache and stress down the road if it wasn’t for Mike’s knowledge and experience.
