I cannot say enough good things about Neil. He guided me through the sale of my home from preparing it to go on the market to sorting through the many offers I received and all the way to closing. He never pressured me into anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. He stood by me and advocated for me as an agent should. I always felt as if I was making decisions that were in line with my needs, not with what he wanted me to do. He then represented me again with the purchase of my new home. He was straight to the point, candid, clear in his thinking and supportive of whatever decisions I ultimately made. In both transactions he cut through the distracting details and helped me keep the final goal in sight. Selling and buying a home is stressful and scary and emotional. I do not believe I would have made it through as successfully as I did had Neil not been working with me. I am so grateful to have had him as my agent!

Neil did a great job of showing me many different investment properties. He was always prompt with communications and always enthusiastic to show me houses. In buying bank owned properties, you often submit a dozen offers before one is accepted. Neil never let that be an issue. I would recommend him to anyone liking to buy or sell a home.

Neil was honest in his estimate of our home. He came prepared with several comparable homes sold and for sale in our neighborhood. He gave us choices and left the final decisions to us with his reasoning behind each choice that had to be made so we could make informed decisions. He was able to recommend other service providers as needed to keep the sale moving along. He had processes in place that notified us when showings would happen as well as feedback from those showings. I would recommend Neil to friends that needed to buy or sell a home.
