I moved out, and out of town, when the movers came. Rita thus had a lot to do, estate sale, emptying the house, removal of rugs, installation of a new door, etc. She organized everything and then put it up for sale. Unfortunately for me, the market had changed abruptly, with the rise in mortgage interest rates, and we had no offers the first time around. Rita had a client who made an offer at exactly the appraised value and I accepted it. Rita worked very hard on this sale: I am sure, more than on most houses. I am grateful for her help and advice. She is very professional and is very easy to work with. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell (or buy).
