He was not only a great resource as a realtor because he was very knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods and communities where I was searching for home, but he was also knowledgeable about construction and looking at issues that may come up within the home due to structural or costs in replacing older items such as furnace or roof. Bill knows the ins and outs of houses, including structure, ventilation, electric, etc. and what to look for when buying. Bill's years of experience came in handy when selecting a home that was right for me. Bill was patient, never pushy, he did not want me to put in an offer until I was ready and sure about a townhome. During this difficult time to purchase a property with the Covid pandemic, Bill was great and trying to find me my home. After putting in offers on three properties and losing out all of them we finally were able to purchase my home. Each time we looked at a property, Bill did a thorough go through of each property to see what was good and what possibly needed to be fixed. His expertise was greatly appreciated. Bill continued to provide great customer service even after the offer was excepted. He provided me with many contacts to help me with the new townhouse. Bill is a very professional realtor and made the entire process very smooth.

I wouldn't want to work with anyone other than Bill when it comes to finding a home. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, did his research, and then arranged for the visits to properties. Bill is knowledgeable about the field, knows the Rochester market and is well-known by other agents.
This was the second house Bill has sold for us. It was complicated by the fact we had vacated the home and moved to NC. He took extra care to keep an eye on the vacated property for us.. even meeting with contractors in our absence. Always the ultimate professional and eager to assist with any issues that arise.
