Bill's years of experience came in handy when selecting a home that was right for me. Bill was patient, never pushy, he did not want me to put in an offer until I was ready and sure about a townhome. Bill's schedule was flexible and he worked with me whenever I needed. Bill also continued to help me after closing with recommendations regarding home improvements. During this difficult time to purchase a property with the Covid pandemic, Bill was great and trying to find me my home. After putting in offers on three properties and losing out all of them we finally were able to purchase my home.
