She listened to what I was looking for and delivered. When it was time to sell that house, she was first on my mind to be my realtor. Dana is hands down the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is a straight shooter, and truly has her clients' best interest in mind. She did a spectacular job guiding us in the selling of our home. You can also see her experience shine through when looking at potential home to buy. While you are looking at those houses with rose colored glasses, Dana is pointing out all the positive things that the home has to offer, but also some of the items that will need your attention. From our initial meeting to go through 3 houses, she was attuned to what we did and did not like about the houses. She then kept looking for more homes that might fit our wants and needs. She also let us know what to expect during the listing/showing process. Once our house was listed we had multiple full price offers within the first 2 days of showing .
