Kathy was great with lots of energy and passion which is good for a realtor agent. I reached out to Kathy to help me recover from a setback of my house sale. I initially used a different agent but buyers backed off from a deal due to disagreement of inspection negotiation. After a couple of months without an offer, we decided to pull the house off the market. While this is a hot market and I was not super worried about selling our house eventually, we did see much slower responses after the initial buyers backed off. Kathy quickly jumped on board in this situation. She gave a few suggestions of repairs and cleaning after initial walk through, which were very spot on. She and her team have worked very hard on promoting / re-brand my house. And I considered this was the most important part of the recovery plan. Kathy's team did an excellent job on this. We got new buyers very soon after the house was re-listed. Kathy helped keep our emotion checked during negotiation and was very realistic and straightforward. After inspection, we have discussed all options of repairs and decided on what we should do and should not do given the timing and bottom line impact. Kathy was actively engaged throughout entire process. Her local knowledge was super useful at that time. She called several contractors and helped find the best resources for repairs so we did not have to break a bank. When I had questions about the path we should take, she always gave me suggestions with very good reasoning. We have relocated to a different city when the house was re-listed. Kathy worked very hard onsite to coordinate contractors for repairs. I felt I could trust and depends on Kathy for managing my house sale. She has good big picture of how things should progress and was paying great attention to details too. One last note, Kathy made donation to Riley Children's Hospital in honor of our names after deal was closed. This was probably a REMAX thing, but I really appreciate Kathy doing this for our community. Thanks and I highly recommend Kathy.

Kathy did a terrific job helping up sell our house. We were able to list and close in about a month's time, making it much more manageable than most home sales. She was especially helping us manage some of the usual minor follow-ups that came out of the home inspection report. Another big plus was finding us a great photographer for the listing.
