I would absolutely recommend the Celli - Manuse team to anyone selling their home in this area. I became the administrator for my parents estate, and turned to Paul (Manuse) for help selling their residential property. I was so happy that I did. He, Carol and the team were fantastic to work with. Paul was super clear from the start, laid out options so we could align on a clear game plan with eyes wide open, and as we got going he and Carol followed up and followed through on literally everything they said they would do along the way. They made the process straightforward and manageable. I could not have done it without them, and in the end I was absolutely satisfied and quite happy with the outcome. If/when we ever decide to move and sell our own house, I will not hesitate to reach out to Paul first!

We knew Rome Celli was the best Realtor for us at the very beginning of our interview. While other Realtors were ready to start looking at listings and start showing us houses before they really knew who we were; Rome asked questions. What is our type of home, neighborhood… We were moving from out of the area and Rome was already thinking out of the box about the best strategy for us to find a home in a runaway market. Rome and his associate, Paul Manuse, were quick to point out the good and bad features of each house and weren’t afraid to give us honest and sometimes firm advice. If we ever sell or buy again in the Rochester area we’ll be calling Rome. Highly recommend them

The first time Rome helped us was in 1998. We were selling our home to move to Colorado. After interviewing several Realtors, Rome stood out as being the best prepared, the most knowledgeable, and just a straight shooter.
