I am submitting to you my review of Ferdinando Bruno and Howard Rubinger, both of whom assisted my wife and me in selling my home and purchasing a new home. It took us a while to find the type of house that we wanted because it was in an HOA with many amenities and therefore very popular selling houses. Howard started working with us before Covid and brought us to the limited number of homes that were available due to Covid. He patiently provided us with options and different locations over the course of 4 years. He was always willing make the time and get the appropriate information and show us a property. He also gave us recommendations on how we could make our current house more appealing.
Ferdinando, enter the picture while we were negotiating a deal with a house that we found appropriate to our needs. Ferdinando was also very helpful in securing the deal on the house by giving us additional information because he was an agent selling these houses when they were initially built. In addition to making recommendations on improving the appeal of the house we were selling, he sent out excellent pictures and information to potential buyers and successfully had more than 25 different parties of buyers interested in viewing the property in a matter of 3 days. Within 5 days of the listing, we had two very solid offers and he work with them in culminating the sale.My wife and I were very fortunate to have Howard and Ferdinando as agents. And while we do not anticipate looking to sell our house and buy another, we would not hesitate to use them in future.

Ferdinando is a pro. Anyone can be a good realtor and anyone can say "oh, he was great", etc., but Ferdinando was actually uniquely skilled, particularly in the important part of strategically negotiating with buyers agents on offers to get the highest price. We were very pleased with the outcome on our listing and couldn't have asked for a nicer guy and better communicator through the process. You'd be crazy not to list with him. And, although he was our agent as a seller, if I buy again in this region, I'm definitely calling him first.

Ferd is a wonderful human being and it was an absolute delight to work with him. This was the first house that we were selling and Ferd helped us through the entire process from pricing the house to closing the deal. He is calm and collected, and always knew how to relieve our stress. He is resourceful - any time we needed someone (handyman, lawn guy, etc.) to take care of something, and we couldn't get anyone, Ferd got somebody for us. Rubinger team is the best real estate team in the Clifton Park, NY and the surrounding areas. I am living in Portland, OR, and I was trying to sell my house in Clifton Park, NY. When I contacted Rubinger team, they got first offer within two weeks and when the house inspection did not clear, they took responsibility to find multiple contractors to get the house in shape and got the second offer within three weeks after the house was back in the market.
