Kim took on our project(selling our house in an “as is” condition in July through November 2022) July 2022 was virtually when the 2/3 year run of, everything is selling in a day and for 20k + over the asking price was ending. We had missed this golden era of home sales, bummer. This created a lot of shifts and challenges in the pricing and strategy of selling our home in a negative matter. Kim helped guide us through this period and negotiate the three offers we had on our house. The 3rd one being the charm. I didn’t think we would sell the house in mid November with holidays coming etc., but all ended well. Her earlier suggestion to stage the empty house with furniture etc really helped add appeal to a house that “it needs a lot of work”(at least that’s what everybody that viewed the house was telling us) We had already moved out of state and Kim helped us coordinate contractor dates and their in and out access to our home. She looked after the night lighting of our home as well. All three of the offers we got on our house were completely different in nature, too so a lot of back and forth dealings she handled, All good, thx Kim

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kim Heligman. She has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Kim normally handles but she treated my husband and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was she gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night chats. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. She will be our go to person for any future purchases!
