I am a associate broker with HomeSmart and have been a Realtor for many years. And Have worked with a lot of title companys. I called Security Title late on a Friday afternoon hoping to reach an escrow officer, but thinking it was going to be to late. The first number I called went to voice mail, so I tried one more and to my surprise Julie Espisito answered. It was a land deal and the first lender could not get the financing. We did find another lender, but now we where tight on time line to open escrow. Not only did Julie answer the phone but stayed late and opened the file. Throughout the the entire process she handled everthing in a timely and pprofessional manner.
