Great Suggestion, encouraged the Young New Home Buyer, to Pay and Additonal Principal Payment at the End of the Year! It would reduce the Terms from a 30 Year to 18 year! Fantastic.
Understanding, even if the Average now has Changed on Moving again in 5 to 7 to 10years, It is like putting Money in the Bank! Encourage everyone to take that into consideration!
