This was not a normal transaction as it was a probate, with 21 sellers and it took a year to finish. Vikie was always available and when she or I couldn't figure something out we had to contact the attorney to assist us. Awesome work Vikie.

Vikie is always professional and very knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure and by the way whenever I have a question Vikie get's back to me even though it does not turn into an escrow.

Susan Cunningham put me in touch with Vikie Logie when the escrow officer I had been working with left. Susan knew that I was a stickler for communication and hands on results. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am to Susan for this referral. Vikie works like I do, old school with a modern touch, and it has been a pleasure to work with her now on 2 closings. She stays on top of every little item and doe not wait to be asked when she sees something that needs to be done!
