To say this has been a journey would be an understatement. 12 months of looking, a pandemic, condo rules and fixer uppers with more then just one crack. Christen is the one you want on your side navigating you through it all. Christen was AMAZING!! I moved from out of town and reached out through Instagram for her help! She hopped on a call with me and went over details etc. I ended Up finding a few houses and looking about 2 months earlier (she FaceTimed me and showed me one of the houses) and i ended up flying in last minute and she managed to make time for me about 48 hours out to show me a few houses and I found The one! She put in a good offer and asked for every repair I wanted And we got it! She did the final walk through on FaceTime end even climbed into the crawl space 2 days before Christmas. She flew to Egypt and kept in touch and set me up with her assistant and called me when she landed to make sure everything went smoothly. I work in the mortgage industry so it was a lot different being in the other side of things. She went above and beyond and made my first time home buying experience incredible! I am DEFINITELY using her in the future! She is so sweet and professional and a great communicator. I know How busy she is and she ALWAYS made time for me and ALWAYS found the answer to my million and one questions.

Christen is amazing. We moved in from out of state and it got pretty stressful with selling our house and all the issues that came with it. Having christen as our realtor we didn't have to worry about anything here. It was a 2 month process due to our buyers backing out last minute but she was ontop of everything and was able to smooth everything over with the sellers here and got us into a house we truly love! She is very knowledgeable and compassionate and definitely a people person. She's really great with kids, ours loved her which in turn also made the house hunting here alot easier. Id 100% recommend her to anyone moving to Tennessee!
