I would like to enthusiastically recommend Ada G. Fernandez after she helped me sell my land. This was a relief to work with someone who knows what they're doing!
Ada's communication was spot on throughout the entire process. She didn't just disappear after listing my property (like some horror stories I have heard before). Instead, she walked me through each step, explained the implications of different decisions, and always made sure I understood what was happening with my sale.
What really impressed me was how she handled the other realtor. Even when they were dropping the ball, Ada kept things moving forward, and she fought for my interests without creating unnecessary drama. I appreciated how down-to-earth Ada is, which made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly painless.
If you're looking for a realtor who actually delivers on their promises, Ada Fernandez is your woman. Hands down, ifI had to do it again, I would choose her 10 out of 10 times.
