We highly recommend Chelsea, she worked on finding out perfect home for almost a year. She went as far as Portland when we asked her to see homes in that area. When we finally found our home she was the best negotiator. She is a true professional and we will be forever grateful for her.

Chelsea was amazing. We looked for almost 3 years and went through every up and down with her. She was patient, fun and funny. We saw some really crazy homes, a few we just had to laugh as we left. She was so supportive and totally on board when we had to get creative. Once her and I walked into the home in currently sipping coffee in, we both KNEW it was the Wolf Den. it felt like the house hugged me, and she felt it too. We both knew it, and the family came with us the next day, and we wrote an offer a few hours later. And she completely held our hands as we went through that very lengthy mortgage, inspection, appraisal, closing process. I would recommend her to my family, to friends, to people I really care about. She'd be the one. It was a completely personalized experience, and didn't feel at all "cookie cutter" or "she handles everybody the same". It was an experience for us, by her, and it was executed flawlessly. I'd choose this woman if I wanted to sell or buy another home. We love Chelsea, she didn't just sell us a home, but sold us our #LifeGoals.

Chelsea made my first home buying experience amazing! You can tell that she always puts the clients first. We had looked at least 40 houses over the span of a year until we found the perfect one. She was patient with our indecisiveness about areas I which to look and even added showings on last minute to fit our tight window to find a home. She had a good eye for possible issues, and she was always double checking our list of concerns even when we were just fixed on one nice detail of a certain home that did not check all of the boxes. I truly appreciate this level of honesty! We traveled to Nashville, searched high and low, and bought a great home within 3 day in this crazy market. Chelsea is very resourceful as she never pushed advice on us, but offered multiple potential solutions when we had questions or asked for her input. We also had fun while shopping with Chelsea as she has a great personality - which is just an added bonus! Our entire experience was excellent.
