She was always quick to respond and really helped us understand the process and gave us context to help us understand our position. She helped us sell one home and purchase another in one fell swoop, perfectly coordinating everything and providing us options along the way. Having an agent also gave us a buffer between the other people involved, which really focused our attention and kept things really streamlined for us. Can't recommend her enough!

Starting with the initial conversation, when we shared with her our hopes and fears with the home buying process, Rachel was right there answering all of our questions and efficiently guided us through all of the steps in the process. She did not consider any of our questions to be simple or misguided but professionally answered them and provided detailed clarification.
After each home show, Rachel would meet with us to assist in debriefing and helping us document our thoughts and feelings about the home before it left our memory. As we approached closing, Rachel stayed beside us assuring we were knowledgeable and understood the process.

Jill is amazing! She listened to our wants and needs and showed us houses fitting our requirements. You can tell she really loves her career and loves putting people in homes they will love. She would research properties and make sure it was something that would work for us before we would look at it.
