As a first-time homebuyer, I knew this would be the biggest and most impactful purchase of my life, and having someone I trusted to guide me through the process was crucial. Erin was amazing to work with; her communication was outstanding, always responding to my text messages, emails, and calls promptly. She is knowledgeable about the market and provided me with critical insight that allowed me to make confident decisions. She was able to keep me focused on my homeownership goals and calm in stressful situations. My path to homeownership wasn’t straightforward; there were several houses I bid on, and I walked away from one after a major repair needed was identified by the home inspector she recommended, and she was right alongside me every step of the way. Her work ethic and commitment allowed me to make a dream of mine come true, and I am so grateful. I would recommend Erin to anyone buying a home, and I know they will receive the same dedication shown to me.

Kobby/John was amazing to work with from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable about the Portland market and condos, was incredible patient and answered any and all questions, was always available, and was able to help negotiate through the deal with challenging sellers and difficult closing with a steady hand. Will be using him again and would recommend him to family or friends.
