Hi, I’m Sunshine Hard. I was born and raised in the beautiful (and often rainy!) town of Juneau, Alaska, and I’m excited to bring my real estate experience to SimpliHOM Real Estate. After deciding to move to Washington to be closer to family and loved ones, I was instantly drawn to Camano Island and Stanwood. The vibrant, close-knit communities and stunning natural beauty here remind me so much of home.

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2013 and a Managing Broker since 2017. Over the years, I’ve built a real estate career driven by passion, and I’m proud to say it’s been marked by success. I owned and operated one of the most successful brokerages in Juneau, earning recognition as a top-producing broker and respected industry leader in Southeast Alaska.

My background in business management and finance, along with a strong foundation in negotiation and client service, gives me the tools to guide buyers and sellers through some of life’s biggest financial decisions.
