Just like everyone says here Chris is phenomenal but I would also like to highlight the SmartZip program. Since beginning the program I have had outstanding results. I do things a little bit differently than most but I would highly encourage all who use it to start by calling the top 20% ranked people in your list and continue calling not just one time and watch the fruits of your labor grow! Also don't wait to call the people who scan the mailer QR code, they are your hottest leads as they have raised their hands and just gave you a reason to show them your value whether now or in the future, go start that relationship!
