I have been using smart zip for several years with great results. I didn't realize my account had expired, and when I called in Chris Gallagher was fantastic answering every question and showing me best practices for the system. Like everything you get what you put into it. This system provides great tools to generate leads but you still have to put in the work. If you follow their advise and actually FOLLOW UP the investment is well worth it.

Chris has been my account manager at smartzip for a little under a year and I have to say it's been one of the best experiences I've had with any real estate industry vendor in a decade.
