Jeff Harger did an amazing job with the sale of our home, and we ended up with considerably more than our asking price.
We had a few hiccups along the way, with needing to replace some light fixtures right before it went on market, and he was there for us, replacing the lights himself.
He is an amazing realtor and I feel like a great friend.
I would definitely recommend him for any of your real-estate needs. The Harger home team goes above and beyond for you.

Jeff and Patty were simply AMAZING!! We originally were going to try to sell our home ourselves but after speaking with Jeff it was apparent that we were not prepared or qualified for this market. Jeff and Patty discussed every corner we would turn before we did so we would be prepared. We had a snafu with our pool and Jeff came over on a Saturday to help dig and fix the problem. Patty walked our dogs when we had a showing and couldn't be available to take them. WHO DOES THAT????? The HARGER'S, THAT'S WHO!!! I could not have been happier with this process. You guys don't disappoint - thank you Jeff & Patty!!

Jeff and Patty went above and beyond for our family! We started our journey a few months ago and Patty spent countless evenings and weekends with us. She quickly got to know us and our likes and dislikes. When we wanted to put in an offer Jeff quickly pulled together our information and sent it in. I had many questions throughout each and every process and either Jeff or Patty always responded. When we found "the one" Jeff and Patty did everything to make it happen, including things they did not need to- they truly went out of their way to make sure we got the house we wanted. When things got challenging due to outside sources, Jeff and Patty eased our frustrations, worries, and shared in our excitement when it was all said and done.

Wow - what can I say. We sold our home on Lees Lane in Florissant in just over a day! My wife and I were in shock. I thought we were going to be sitting on this property for at least six months. I have no doubt this quick sale came about because of the outstanding work of Jeff and Patty. It's was really a unbelievable set of events! In the midst of Jeff and Patty's personal home getting flooded they still had a open house for us - even after we talked about putting it off. Joni and I felt horrible about their home and thought it best to let Jeff and Patty get things under control with their lives and then help us- but no the show went on! They came over on a Sunday, set up signs and we contract the next day! This pretty much sums up Harger Homes! They put others before themselves and treat others the way they would like to be treated. Jeff and Patty had a professional photographer over for advertising purposes. The pictures were spectacular.
Once the contract was signed by both parties there was a list of about 10 items the buyer wanted fixed before the final walk though. This was a little stressful because the time was short and there were no companies available to perform the items in time before closing. Never fear however because Jeff showed up with tools in tow and had the list completed in no time at all. What a team! What an experience!

Jeff and Patty Harger were the best team to have working for me. Jeff's knowledge of the construction/contracting side of homes came in very handy when looking at potential homes. Patty spent a lot of time with me, taking me to see the various properties available and had good instinct as to what I might like. They are considerate, polite, and well suited for their profession.
