I have been working in the title & escrow industry since 1998.

Since then, I've learned not only how to handle the escrow side of a transaction but also the title side. I've been able to not only understand how to research the status of a piece of property but also how to interpret the results to my clients and in turn explain the process of escrow from open to close for sellers and buyers.

I've spent 20 years of my career working in Columbia County, having only left for 5 years to work in the Portland Metro area.

Now having come back, I am enjoying working with the local people in the industry where I not only work but also reside.

I enjoy closing everything from first time buyers to seasoned real estate veterans, new construction home owners to retirees buying their last home and anyone in-between.

I love my career and the opportunities it's provided me with meeting so many people and being a part of their homeownership dreams.

I did not have much personal interaction with the escrow agent on this particular transaction. Most of the communication was by email. I felt that the escrow agent was very diligent and professional in the handling of this sale. Thank you
