Tammy Miller at Ticor was excellent at communicating every step of the way. She was patient, friendly, and prompt when answering my questions. This transaction was transferred, midway through, from another company due to lack of responsiveness and the apparent quitting of the escrow officer. Tammy made sure everything made it over in the transfer (e.g. earnest money). On closing day, I was notified of every step. This helped greatly with my buyers as they were extremely excited to get moved in. This entire transaction was a bit messy for lots of reasons. Tammy made sure every part was taken care of.
