I have been in the industry since 1997. My career started in the Title Department assisting others on a variety of assignments including document recording. I worked my way up to be a Title Examiner.
In 2007 I decided I wanted to work in the Escrow Department. I went to Bellevue Community College and study Real Estate Escrow.
Since the first day I worked in Escrow I knew this is what I been called to do. I have enjoyed every second of it. The experience I have acquired has helped me identify red flags and any other matters that can delay closing.

Blanca Trejo did a phenomenal job. Her communication whether it was via email, text or calls was superb which provided nice updates or assurances that things were moving along, on time or getting done. We closed 8 days earlier than originally planned and one of the signers were in Florida. Even for the local signer, she had the local mobile notary return the documents directly to her the same evening because we asked to expedite the closing date which was one day sooner than required because we had a closing date reading, "and or sooner" clause. Give her some flowers!
