I have been in the real estate industry since 1989. I started out as a Transaction Coordinator for a Top Producing Realtor. From 2001 to 2004 I sold real estate for Craig Evans Team. In 2004 I joined the Ticor Family. I love helping people navigate their way through the home buying process.
I am a Salem native, born and raised. I have 2 children and my husband and I have been involved in ministry here in our community for the past 25 years. We pastor Hope Point Church in SE Salem.

LeAnn is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. This transaction had an HOA fee, and at the Buyer's request, she collected the HOA proration from the Seller, but let the Buyer pay the HOA directly to the HOA outside of the escrow process. This made the Buyer feel more comfotable. We appreciated how she understood what they wanted to do and then helped us accomplish it.
