I'm happy to recognize that everyone at the Albany Ticor always goes above and beyond, but Ashley Epperley helped in what I would call a Christmas Miricle last Friday 12/22/23.. with the Recording department closing at noon because of the holiday. Ashley received the okay to record with only a small window of time to get this transaction recorded. Ashley worked hard to try to meet that deadline and was able to deliver great news to us all of the Christmas miracle!!
