Steve Schiller provides unparalleled access as a company president, manager, and mentor. From day one with Ticor, he has always had an “open door” policy, and I realized he truly does abide by this principle the first time I took him up on it. Upon leaving Steve’s office, I understood that my leader truly has my back and cares. Moving forward, I have been able to consult with him one-on-one regarding whatever issue or concern I might bring to him.
