JOSE MELARA
Jose started working in the Title Insurance industry in 2002 after graduating from SDSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. Over the past 15 years, Jose has helped his clients grow their business, with his extensive knowledge in technology and marketing. He is happily married with two beautiful boys and lives locally in the South Bay area. Jose has also dedicated his time as a member of the NAHREP association.

TONY SANTIAGO
A powerful player in the South Bay with his 27 years of experience in the industry. Tony has worked his way through the title industry in just about every position to strengthen his knowledge to better support his clients. Tony is committed to helping his clients and getting the job done. He is also a native San Diegan and grew up in the South Bay area.

SANDRA BANTEIR
Sandra joined the Elite Title Team with 7 years of experience in the title industry. She grew up in a real estate centered family and obtained her RE License in 2008 and a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from SDSU in 2010. Sandra brings an extensive knowledge of marketing and fresh ideas to the team.
