I love Ticor Title and I love Doug Polley and his assistant Shelley. I was out of the country when this transaction took place. They never missed a beat in keeping me informed. They also found something on the title report that had not been noticed from previous transactions on this property. I was able to leave the US and go on vacation and leave this sensitive transaction in their care without worry. These are my forever professionals!
