Started out in the title & escrow industry in 1992 when I needed to consult a dictionary to look up escrow & title insurance in order to prepare for my interview for the job. Have worked at Ticor Title for over 22 years as a "Title Rep", the term most widely known in the industry. Rather than promoting the wide array of products that Ticor has to offer Realtors & lenders, I focus on supporting our escrow teams and following through on requests for my clients. I review title reports for my Realtors bringing on a new listing, in order to give them peace of mind, knowing that the title report is clean...before the property is under contract and set up with escrow. In addition, I put my Notary to use supporting escrow with buyer and seller signings in home or office when they are not able to make it to one of our 12 branches.
