From the first meeting with Laura to the last day of closing, she was always there with a guiding hand and reassurance. This was my first time selling a home and had no idea of what to expect. Laura went out of her way to keep me updated daily throughout the process. She helped me load the app to set up showings, and showed me how to sign electronically. After 36 hours I had 8 showings with 5 contracts, one $5000 above the asking price. She then negotiated a back up contract for the same amount. I have moved to SC. Weeks before I left, Laura had vetted an agent in Myrtle Beach to begin the process of me buying a home in SC.
