Hi, First of all sorry I didn't do this earlier. We had another family emergency 2 days after we arrived here. We are settled in now at the new house and having both of you as our realtors made the transition in Villa Ridge unbelievably smooth and painless. You guys were great to work with in every aspect of the sale from start to finish. A special thanks to Laura for her help in some of our personal items we had for sale, she found some buyers interested and that was sooooo very nice and appreciated. I would highly recommend your team to anyone that is interested in selling, I know that they would not be disappointed in any way and thank me for that recommendation! So thanks you BOTH for all you did for us, it made life so much easier for us for sure!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Kim. I was assisting my mom in selling her house and Kim walked us through every step along the way. Kim was very friendly and willing to talk with me any time I reached out to her. She was well acquainted with the area which was important to me. Kim presented me with comps and we talked about listing price honestly and openly. My transaction was probably a bit easier than most, but I would certainly use Kim again and would recommend her to others!

Let me take a moment to say Thank You to Kim for everything! Kim could not have made it any easier for us as she was on top of everything. We were looking for our forever home and then she lobbied for us!

I've never been so impressed with an agency and its agents. These "red-heads" go above and beyond, making things happen in a low-stress, timely manner; not the norm when buying a house- which can be very exhausting. They were quick to return a call, if ever they didn't pick up, and quick to get an answer for all of my questions. Super friendly! Super sweet! And got the job done. I'll be telling everyone I know to sell through this group.

Kim did an awesome job! This is my families first home, and she made it as painless as possible. That was not an easy process either we had several hiccups (outside of our control) that caused us to push the closing date back multiple times. I hardly ever had to do anything, Kim stayed in constant contact always keeping me up to date, and always reassuring me when a few times I got a bit overwhelmed. She was beyond awesome and I always knew without a doubt she had my best interest at heart as well as my families. I can't say this enough if you're looking for a home please give Kim a call because you will not be disappointed!
