I am an Oregon Native and have been in the Title & Escrow industry since 2017! I started out my escrow career as a receptionist then moved to an assistant and now an Escrow Officer. I love how each day in this industry brings new challenges and keeps me on my toes! One of my favorite parts about this job is being able to work with all types of people throughout their transaction and making things as streamlined as possible for them.

I grew up outside of Portland and moved to Eugene in 2008 to attend and later graduate from the University of Oregon. In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my dog Franklin, family and friends and enjoy everything that Eugene has to offer!

Kelli Bachofner was great. Got Everything filled and done with In the targeted time table, and that was with having to navigate three people in two states, and while my wife and I were in a family vacation. When it came to signing the physical paper work, her patience with our kids was greatly appreciated. Would definitely work with her again, if we ever decide to purchase another home.

We worked with Kelli today, who handled the closing on the sale of our house, and everything went exceedingly smoothly. Kelli is extremely personable, helpful, professional and efficient. The whole process took about 30 minutes, and to our surprise, our account was funded within about two hours after the closing.
In the weeks leading up to the closing she kept us informed as to what we'd need to bring, and what to expect in terms of documents so that there were no surprises or glitches in the actual closing meeting.
