I am amazed at not only Tonya Silke's knowledge & understanding of the land, from old creek beds, to swaths of timber, to the newest developments, but also her ability to explain it in a way I can understand! So if you need to buy or sell property no matter what size, I highly recommend talking to Tonya Silke. If you're selling, she can review your title, maps, etc. to make sure it's good to go, and can save you a lot of time & headache even before escrow. Tonya Silke was the most professional and knowledgeable Escrow Officer I have ever worked with. She was very patient and kind and she answered all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with how much she understood about vacant land and the survey markers. Unfortunately my Realtor did not know the actual boundaries of the property I purchased. The visible stakes that I saw in the ground were confusing which had caused me some angst. Tonya was able to provide information and pictures of what the pin markers look like so that I could search for them in the ground. She also went above and beyond to provide extra documentation for me both at the time of our meeting and later by email. Her response time was immediate. I couldn't have asked for a better Escrow Officer than Tonya. I will also add that she has a great sense of humor and a very infectious laugh which definitely helped to lighten the mood.
