We sold a house here in Prineville OR. Elvia Holmes was professional, courteous and friendly. She kept us updated throughout the process and was always available through email or by phone. Anytime there were any issues (very few and minor) she contacted us and walked us through what we needed to get done to correct the issue.
At closing she did a great job explaining all the papers we were signing and how funds would be distributed. She even had a summary page which was easy to follow and explained everything involving how funds are paid out.
