Marquita Brown started in the title and escrow industry in 2002 as a receptionist and has worked in several departments since, that includes customer service, recorder, policy typist, title assistant and escrow assistant. Marquita is happily married to her best friend that she first met back in 1999. In her personal time she enjoys everything that involves the great outdoors.

Oh my goodness. What is there not to say about Marquita and her team. She has caught and dealt with many issues that could have derailed our deal. But, like the pro that she and her team is they took care of it. If she can't fix it, I love the fact that she can most often tell me how they client or I can fix it. She says her goal is to provide "excellent Service" to all her customer. She is an A++ in my book. I almost cry every time I have to use another company.

While not my local Title and Escrow office, nonetheless they have been absolutely wonderful to deal and work with each and every time. They are fantastic with my clients, and have never dropped the ball, and always willing to pick up the phone and or email to ensure that every deal has great communication and always make an effort to ensure timely closes.
