I have worked in title and escrow for over 17 years and enjoy sitting down with the clients to walk them through the closing process. I like the closings to be seamless for the buyer and seller, and try to avoid putting any additional stress on them during our process together. My pet peeve is to have to call a client back in for an additional signature or more money to close.
I am married to the love of my life, and we have five children, and only one left at home now, other than the furry kids. We have a cat and my 107 pound baby, Rhodesian Ridgeback. Yes, our back yard is a lion free zone.
I have always enjoyed lifting weights. I started when I was in the US Air Force, but I had not touched a weight for many years, until I started lifting again in 2013.I started training with the Strongman team in 2014. in 2015, I qualified for Master's Nationals and got to go compete in Las Vegas. I didn't do as well as I had hoped, but had a great time and made life long friends.
I try to follow the advice I was given following a divorce, "Always look to find something good, from every encounter with people. Even the most cranky cantankerous person has something you can learn from them. Even if it is only that you do not want to be like them. Try to be that bright spot, and leave their life, better than you found them".
