We came to know and use the services of Jolene through our real estate brokers, Leslie & Ward Beck. Couldn't be more pleased. In addition to being very efficient, Jolene is accessible. It's as simple as dialing her direct number and voila, Jolene answers the phone and whatever needed to get done, gets done.
I cannot overemphasis the importance of actually getting to talk to Jolene when necessary. Another title company we have used has a receptionist who answers the phone but that's where the human contact tends to end. From there it's usually to voicemail with the hope that you get a call back. Often hit or miss.
Jolene's company actually values customers having direct contact with their closing officer. Excellent! I'd use Jolene and her company again in a minute should the occasion arise.

Jolene from the first time we used her for our clients we were hooked. She is very steady going and matches our clients personalities at the closing table which is very important.
