I am a CPA, and one of our mutual clients used IPX1031 for their exchange. The client was unable to provide the paperwork for the exchange nor the name of the person who they worked with, so I had to call IPX1031. Tom answered the phone and I explained to him the situation. He promptly communicated with the client to get permission, and sent me the missing information that I needed in a few hours. I got exactly what I needed in a five minute phone call, and I am not even his client. Great customer service, thank you!
