This was the best talk I have ever heard about 1031 exchanges. It answered so many questions about what to consider when deciding whether or not to do the exchange. The talk was so interactive that everyone got involved. James did not spend time on basics that we already knew so there was time to cover more in depth information about what how to possibly fix problems and when to not fix problems.
