Cara combines deep industry expertise with a passion for investor education, collaborating with financial advisors, sponsors, and real estate professionals across the country. She leads educational initiatives on 1031 Exchanges and supports strategic efforts that make complex topics clear and accessible through her strong communication style and relationship focused approach. Prior to her career in real estate, Cara began her professional journey in media and sports broadcasting. After earning her degree from CSU Sacramento, she worked with KCRA and the NBA, collaborating with high profile athletes and media professionals. This experience strengthened her communication skills, ability to facilitate strategic introductions, and effectiveness in high pressure environments, all of which she applies daily in the 1031 Exchange industry and real estate. She remains active in her community and is passionate about building meaningful relationships across industries.
